Returns & Exchange Policy

As a Decathlon Member, you are entitled to and Exchange or Refund of your Decathlon product minimum 2 years warranty

We have a 90 days Free Return Policy online which entitles the customer to return any product for the following reasons :


  • The size and color not as expected by the user
  • Was received in a physically damaged condition
  • Received a different product
  • Missing parts of missing accessories
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Not satisfied with our products or product(s) not matched with your needs.

NOTE: If your purchase(s) is more than 90 days from the date of delivery of product(s) , the customer will not be able to submit a return request from the website but they can come to the nearest stores or contact us via email : contactus.th@decathlon.com or Decathlon Facebook pages for assistant.

* If you wish to exchange your old product with a new one at any of our Click & Collect stores, it is recommended to purchase your new product online before heading to the store to collect/exchange it with your old product and get your refund.
