We have a 90 days Free Return Policy online which entitles the customer to return any product for the following reasons :

* If you wish to exchange your old product with a new one at any of our Click & Collect stores, it is recommended to purchase your new product online before heading to the store to collect/exchange it with your old product and get your refund.

You can contact your fulfiller store (noted in your confirmation email) with your Order ID within 24 hours of receiving the order . Our team will check and get back to you with an update within 24 hours.
You can go to "My oder" to cancel your order by yourself on the website. Please note that once your fulfiller changes the status to "Packed" you will not be able to cancel through the website. Please contact your fulfiller for assistance.
You can submit the request for return form from 'My Return' within 90 days from the date of delivery. Once the request has been approved by Decathlon we will arrange a FREE reverse pick-up within 3 working days.
