What is covered by the warranty for tents?

Decathlon tents have a limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase, which guarantees products are free from defects in material and manufacture. The length of the limited warranty may vary (usually 2 years, unless a different length of warranty is stated on the packaging). The warranty is valid from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Products must still be under warranty to be eligible for service.

The warranty is covered for the use it was intended. Examples tent uses for camping (temporary, occasional and not long-term pitching).

We provide repairs or replacements at our expense as long as the defect was not caused by misuse or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.

What isn't covered by your tent warranty?

This warranty does not cover wear and tear to your product. Common examples of wear and tear include: faded colors, abrasions, scuffing/scratches, degradation of materials caused by UV exposure or use, and corrosion, etc.

Additionally, this warranty does not cover products that have been altered in any way, improperly maintained, misused, abused, or neglected.

Damages resulting from accidents caused by users are not covered. For example, cutting or burning when cooking. All our tents are designed to be repairable.

Spare parts and pole repairs are available from your local Decathlon store and on our website.
If you have any queries, you can have your tent looked at at your nearest Decathlon store.

Why do I have to clean my tent before sending back to the store?

This is standard procedure for health and safety. Bacteria thrives in damp conditions, and the smell of a wet tent after a few days is unpleasant. For this reason, we insist that tents are returned dry. Also, if we are testing for water ingress, the material must be dry to allow this.

What is the warranty for your furniture?

Decathlon's furniture products have a limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase, which guarantees that the product will be free from defects in material and manufacture. The length of warranty may vary by product (usually 2 years unless, unless a different length of warranty is stated on the packaging). The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable.

Your product must be under warranty in order to be eligible for warranty service.

What is the warranty for your backpacks?

Decathlon backpacks come with a 10-year guanratee, which is valid from the date of sale indicated on the receipt. During this period, the product covered by the warranty shall either be repaired free of charge or exchanged. The warranty covers all defects except those resulting from normal wear and tear or misuse.
This special ten-year warranty shall only be granted upon presentation of the sales receipt for the product.

What is the right bicycle size for me?

Here are some standard sizes that can be followed, but we always recommend checking the product page of the bike for the size specifications for that particular model.

  • S - For 155-164 cm
  • M - For 165-174 cm
  • L - For 175-184 cm
  • XL For 185 - 195 cm

What is the warranty for your bikes?

There is a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects for all steel and aluminum frames, rigid forks, stems & handlebars, a 5-year warranty on all carbon frames & forks, and 2-year warranty on all other parts. This excludes damages arising from normal wear & tear, misuse, negligence and unauthorized modifications.
Eg. rubber tires will wear away through regular usage

Does my bike come with accessories?

Accessories can be purchased separately. Examples we recommend include kickstands, mudguards, lights, and bike locks. However, some of our bikes already come with kickstands & mudguards. You will need to check the specific bike model for details, as it varies between bike models.

Do you service other bike brands apart from Decathlon?

We only service Decathlon bikes, as we are concerned that we don't have the certain spare parts that match other bike brands. We recommend contacting your bike's manufacturer directly for advice.

Do you provide free assembly for bikes? >>> How can I assemble a bike I've ordered online?

Our bikes come with tools, a manual and an instructional video to allow you to complete assembly by yourself. Most of our bikes only need the pedals attached and the handlebar straightened.

Do I need to book an appointment in order to service my bike?

Service time depends on the service you need and the queue at the store. For this reason, we recommend contacting the store prior to your visit.

Most of our fitness machines come with a 2-year warranty (on parts), and 5-year warranty (on metal frames). Our treadmills have a 2-year warranty for motors, parts and labour and a 5-year warranty for the frame.

Our Experience stores are our main stores, most of which carry our full range of products. As the name suggests, you will be able to experience our products here before deciding to purchase them! Standalone will have sport playground which you can play sports and join our class for Free!

What are Click & Collect Stores?

At our Click & Collect stores , we offer a convenient mix of products to cover all your on-the-go needs.

Despite the smaller size of these stores, we strive to give you access to the FULL range of Decathlon's 5000 products here (except bikes/treadmills and bulky items), covering more than 60 sports. You can collect your online orders here within just 2 hours.

Do you accept cash in store?

All experience stores accept cash, credit/debit card, Promptpay and Decathlon gift cards. However, all our Click & Collect stores are cashless.

How can I track my order?

If you have any further questions concerning your order, you can contact the fulfiller store shown on your confirtmation email.

What is the different between 'Collect at Pick up stores' and 'Pick up at Experience stores'?

Collect at PICK UP Stores : If you choose this delivery, you can pick up in our Decathlon Click & Collect store within 2 hours or when you've received your confirmation email. See our Click & Collect store locations here

Pick up at EXPERIENCE Stores : If you choose this option, you can pick up your order at one of our main Decathlon Experience store within 2 hours or when you've received your confirmation email. Check our Experience stores here

What should I do if an item is missing item from my order?

You can contact your fulfiller store (noted in your confirmation email) with your Order ID within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our team will check and get back to you with an update within 24 hours.

How to cancel my order?

You can go to "Orders & Returns" to cancel your order by yourself on the website. Please note that once your fulfiller change the status to "Packed" you will not be able to cancel through the website. Please contact your fulfiller for your assistance.

Can I edit my order/update my phone number/change my delivery address once my order is placed?

Currently, we do not have an option to add more items in the same order once it has been placed and confirmed. If you want to add more items, you can either cancel your order and place a new one with the extra items, or place a separate order.

Which payment methods are available on the website?

We accept Credit/Debit card, Bank transfer/ATM (offline payment), Applications/wallets, over the counter and Gift card .

What types of delivery do you offer?

We currently offer 3 delivery options: Click&Collect, Home Delivery and Express Delivery.

  1. Click and Collect: This is a FREE service with no minimum purchase is required. You collect your package at your chosen store.
    *Please note that this service is not available for fitness machines and bikes.
  2. Standard Delivery: Our delivery fees start from THB 55 depending on the dimension and weight of your order. Delivery takes 1-2 working days in Bangkok and greater Bangkok, and around 2-3 working days to other provinces.
    *Please expect a delay due to public holidays and remote areas
  3. Express Delivery: This SAME-DAY delivery service is available ONLY in Bangkok and greater Bangkok for orders that have completed payment before 1 pm. The delivery fee is THB90.
    *Please note that this Delivery option DOES NOT have a tracking number, but we will make sure that you will receive your package on the same day.

What is your delivery policy for fitness machines and bikes?

We provide FREE delivery for all orders of THB1,500 or more. Please note that assembly service comes at an added cost. Customers can check the price during the checkout process.

Do you offer international delivery?

We do not offer international delivery. However, Decathlon operates worldwide. You may check if there is a store in your region.

How can I track my order?

You will be able to track your order for home delivery once our courier service has picked up your order from our store. Please check your email to see your tracking ID.

For express delivery, the cut-off time is at 1pm each day. This delivery option do not provide a tracking number. But don't worry, you will receive your order on the same day.

What is the procedure for getting a return or refund?

You can submit the request for return form from 'Orders & Returns' within 90 days from the date of delivery. Once the request has been approved by Decathlon we will arrange a FREE reverse pick-up within 3 working days. The customer will have the option to receive the refund of the amount within

  • 15 to 30 days for credit card payments,

How can I initiate a return at a Click & Collect store?

Please note that Click & Collect stores are unable to accept returns or exchanges of large, bulky items such as bicycles and fitness machines due to space constraints. However, bikes can still be returned to our experience stores, and all fitness machines can be returned via pick-up. Please contact your nearest store for assistance.

If you wish to exchange your product at any of our Click & Collect stores, we recommended submitting the return form from 'My Return' and purchasing your new product online for Click & Collect. Then, bringing the unwanted product to the store to exchange for the new one. Refunds can be given via the online payment method in which the original purchase was made.

Note : Decathlon Click & Collect is a cashless store. If you would like to refund in cash, please contact Decathlon stores

What is the procedure for doing a return & exchange?

You can submit the request for return form from 'Orders & Returns' within 90 days from the date of delivery. The Exchange will refund the amount within 1 hour by E-Gift card.

How long does it take to get a refund or exchange?

Decathlon will begin the refund process upon receipt of your returned package. The customer will receive the refund within 15 to 30 days for credit card payments, 45 days for debit card, 7 to 15 days for Bank transfer/ATM (offline payment) , 24 hours for applications/wallets and 1h for e-gift card.

For exchanges, the amount will be refunded within 1 hour by e-gift card.

What are your exchange & refund policies?

At Decathlon, members can return their products anytime and anywhere as long as the product is in new and/or resellable condition with all the packaging and tags intact.

Please head over to any of our Decathlon stores and visit a teammate at our welcome desks – they will happily assist you with your return request or submit the request for return form from 'My Return' within 90 days from the date of delivery.

f you wish to visit a Click & Collect store for an exchange, we would advise you to order the new item online and select 'Collect at PICK UP Stores' or 'Pick up at EXPERIENCE Stores'. Select the store where you plan to return your item, so that both your return and collection of new product can be completed in the same visit.

We are unable to process a refund or an exchange for the following products:

  • Products that are deemed to be damaged on purpose/unmaintained.
  • If there is no proof of purchase.

How do I register online if I am an existing customer?

Restringing services are only processed in our experience stores, except Orchard.

Yes! In decathlon we personalise only decathlon products. Personlisation is only done at our experience stores.

Do you have personalisation services?

Pricing varies according to size & colours.

For mono colour on textile, the price will range from $6 to $10.

For multi colour on textile, the price will range from $8 to $15.

Personalization time will depend on the volume of printing requests. Please note that the price of your item(s) will not be included in the printing price.

Our workshop will not be liable for any damages to goods printed, repaired or serviced that is not a product of Decathlon. Processing time for printing services is 1 - 3 weeks.

How long are gift cards valid for?

All Decathlon gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Can I choose/change the value of my Decathlon gift card?

You may choose a value between THB100 to THB10,000. However, the value of the gift card can not be changed after purchase.

Can I make partial payment with a Decathlon gift card?

Yes, but only for in-store purchases. You can select the amount you wish to pay by gift card.

Can I top up an existing gift card?

It's not possible to top up an existing gift card. Instead, you can purchase an additional one.

Are there any fees associated with Decathlon gift cards?

There are no additional fees. You will only be charged the value you choose.

Where can I use Decathlon gift cards?

You can use a gift card at any Decathlon store in Thailand, including our Click & Collect stores and on www.decathlon.co.th

Can I check my gift card balance?

What is the procedure to get a refund if I paid via gift card?

Do you accept cash in store?

All experience stores accept cash, credit/debit card, Promptpay and Decathlon gift cards. However, all our Click & Collect stores are cashless.

How can I track my order?

You can go to 'Account' on the top right and 'Orders & Returns' or you can check your confirmation email to find your tracking number and link to track your order.

If you have any further questions concerning your order, you can contact the fulfiller store shown on your confirtmation email.

What is the different between 'Collect at Pick up stores' and 'Pick up at Experience stores'?

Collect at PICK UP Stores : If you choose this delivery, you can pick up in our Decathlon Click & Collect store within 2 hours or when you've received your confirmation email. See our Click & Collect store locations here

Pick up at EXPERIENCE Stores : If you choose this option, you can pick up your order at one of our main Decathlon Experience store within 2 hours or when you've received your confirmation email. Check our Experience stores here

What should I do if an item is missing item from my order?

You can contact your fulfiller store (noted in your confirmation email) with your Order ID within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our team will check and get back to you with an update within 24 hours.

How to cancel my order?

You can go to "Orders & Returns" to cancel your order by yourself on the website. Please note that once your fulfiller change the status to "Packed" you will not be able to cancel through the website. Please contact your fulfiller for your assistance.

Can I edit my order/update my phone number/change my delivery address once my order is placed?

Currently, we do not have an option to add more items in the same order once it has been placed and confirmed. If you want to add more items, you can either cancel your order and place a new one with the extra items, or place a separate order.

Which payment methods are available on the website?

We accept Credit/Debit card, Bank transfer/ATM (offline payment), Applications/wallets, over the counter and Gift card .

What types of delivery do you offer?

We currently offer 3 delivery options: Click&Collect, Home Delivery and Express Delivery.

  1. Click and Collect: This is a FREE service with no minimum purchase is required. You collect your package at your chosen store.
    *Please note that this service is not available for fitness machines and bikes.
  2. Standard Delivery: Our delivery fees start from THB 55 depending on the dimension and weight of your order. Delivery takes 1-2 working days in Bangkok and greater Bangkok, and around 2-3 working days to other provinces.
    *Please expect a delay due to public holidays and remote areas
  3. Express Delivery: This SAME-DAY delivery service is available ONLY in Bangkok and greater Bangkok for orders that have completed payment before 1 pm. The delivery fee is THB90.
    *Please note that this Delivery option DOES NOT have a tracking number, but we will make sure that you will receive your package on the same day.

What is your delivery policy for fitness machines and bikes?

We provide FREE delivery for all orders of THB1,500 or more. Please note that assembly service comes at an added cost. Customers can check the price during the checkout process.

Do you offer international delivery?

We do not offer international delivery. However, Decathlon operates worldwide. You may check if there is a store in your region.

How can I track my order?

You will be able to track your order for home delivery once our courier service has picked up your order from our store. Please check your email to see your tracking ID.

For express delivery, the cut-off time is at 1pm each day. This delivery option do not provide a tracking number. But don't worry, you will receive your order on the same day.

What is the procedure for getting a return or refund?

You can submit the request for return form from 'Orders & Returns' within 90 days from the date of delivery. Once the request has been approved by Decathlon we will arrange a FREE reverse pick-up within 3 working days. The customer will have the option to receive the refund of the amount within

  • 15 to 30 days for credit card payments,
  • 45 days for debit card
  • 7 to 15 days for Bank transfer/ATM (offline payment)
  • 24 hours for applications/wallets
  • 1 hour for E-gift card.

How can I initiate a return at a Click & Collect store?

Please note that Click & Collect stores are unable to accept returns or exchanges of large, bulky items such as bicycles and fitness machines due to space constraints. However, bikes can still be returned to our experience stores, and all fitness machines can be returned via pick-up. Please contact your nearest store for assistance.

If you wish to exchange your product at any of our Click & Collect stores, we recommended submitting the return form from 'My Return' and purchasing your new product online for Click & Collect. Then, bringing the unwanted product to the store to exchange for the new one. Refunds can be given via the online payment method in which the original purchase was made.

Note : Decathlon Click & Collect is a cashless store. If you would like to refund in cash, please contact Decathlon stores

What is the procedure for doing a return & exchange?

How long does it take to get a refund or exchange?

Decathlon will begin the refund process upon receipt of your returned package. The customer will receive the refund within 15 to 30 days for credit card payments, 45 days for debit card, 7 to 15 days for Bank transfer/ATM (offline payment) , 24 hours for applications/wallets and 1h for e-gift card.

For exchanges, the amount will be refunded within 1 hour by e-gift card.

What are your exchange & refund policies?

At Decathlon, members can return their products anytime and anywhere as long as the product is in new and/or resellable condition with all the packaging and tags intact.

Please head over to any of our Decathlon stores and visit a teammate at our welcome desks – they will happily assist you with your return request or submit the request for return form from 'My Return' within 90 days from the date of delivery.

f you wish to visit a Click & Collect store for an exchange, we would advise you to order the new item online and select 'Collect at PICK UP Stores' or 'Pick up at EXPERIENCE Stores'. Select the store where you plan to return your item, so that both your return and collection of new product can be completed in the same visit.

We are unable to process a refund or an exchange for the following products:

  • Products that are deemed to be damaged on purpose/unmaintained.
  • If there is no proof of purchase.

The phone number that you add on the website will be used to deliver the product to your doorstep. How do I register online if I am an existing customer?

Please follow the below steps to log in on our website :

  • 1. You can log in with your membership email here
  • 2. Click "Forgot your password?" to create your new password with us
  • 3. Check your email address, then enter your reset code with 6 digits and Input your new password.

I did not receive my reset code (OTP).

We are glad to offer our bike & scooter services exclusively to our Decathlon members! Bicycle & scooter services are only done in Decathlon experience stores except for City Square Mall and Orchard stores.

We only service and prioritize Decathlon bikes Workshop operating hours 12pm - 6pm daily.

We are glad to offer our restringing services exclusively to our Decathlon members!

Restringing services are only processed in our experience stores, except Orchard.

Can I personalise my jersey or my backpack?

Yes! In decathlon we personalise only decathlon products. Personlisation is only done at our experience stores.

Do you have personalisation services?

Thank you for your interest in our personalisation service! We only personalise Decathlon products and personlisation is only done at our experience stores: Decathlon Thailand HQ, Decathlon Joo Koon and Decathlon Bedok.

Pricing varies according to size & colours.

For mono colour on textile, the price will range from $6 to $10.

For multi colour on textile, the price will range from $8 to $15.

Personalization time will depend on the volume of printing requests. Please note that the price of your item(s) will not be included in the printing price.

Our workshop will not be liable for any damages to goods printed, repaired or serviced that is not a product of Decathlon. Processing time for printing services is 1 - 3 weeks.

How can I purchase a Decathlon Gift card?

You can purchase a Decathlon gift card at any of our stores in Thailand. For bulk purchases of gift cards, please email your request to naratchpong.khaen@decathlon.com

How long are gift cards valid for?

All Decathlon gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Can I choose/change the value of my Decathlon gift card?

You may choose a value between THB100 to THB10,000. However, the value of the gift card can not be changed after purchase.

Can I make partial payment with a Decathlon gift card?

Yes, but only for in-store purchases. You can select the amount you wish to pay by gift card.

Can I top up an existing gift card?

It's not possible to top up an existing gift card. Instead, you can purchase an additional one.

Are there any fees associated with Decathlon gift cards?
