1. Channels for return/exchange
You may send us your package through the following channels:
Any Decathlon store: Bring your item to one of our stores, this channel has no charges.
By post: You may parcel the item to us to the address which inside the parcel

2. How do I return/exchange an item?
Step 1: Select return form or exchange form and fill up all the required information.
Step 2: You will receive a confirmation e-mail after submitting the form.
Step 3: In case Decathlon is responsible for the shipping, ignore this step. If not, reply to confirmation e-mail with tracking number of the package.
3. Shipping expense and Refund
The cost of returning or exchanging a product will be at your charge. If your order is faulty, Decathlon will pay for the cost of return.
Refund Leadtime: It will take up to 15-20 working days for a refund to show up in your account. This period may vary from bank (our service provider) to bank (your bank).
Refund will be processed the day after Decathlon receive your returning product and fill in the form only. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding with this matter.
